VRV heat recovery

To meet the complex heating and cooling requirements of different premises, VRV Heat Recovery is able to simultaneously heat and cool different parts of the building. In doing so, the Heat Recovery process that is occurring allows waste heat from one part of the building to be redirected to another, resulting in a made to measure system that provides significant energy efficiency gains and comfort for your staff. Daikin, for example, uses “Variable Refrigerant Temperature technology (VRT), a state of the art energy saving technology that automatically adjusts the refrigerant temperature as the building load varies to maintain optimum comfort conditions whilst keeping operational costs low.”

Linear bar grilles

Made from heavy duty extruded aluminium, linear bar grilles are designed for use in supply, return or exhaust air applications and are recommended for side wall, sill or floor mounting. A prime example of a business that requires efficient exhaust and filtration systems is that of the automotive spray painter. The spray booth itself needs to be both continually filtered and exhausted during operation and in the case of baking, will then require even and totally controllable heating to finish the job. There are many other industrial premises that absolutely require top level exhaust systems and we are happy to advise.

Energy audits and system check ups

Too often overlooked within larger scale commercial operations (and, for that matter, more modest ones) is the ongoing inspection and maintenance of your air conditioning system. Often, efficient ducted systems have inefficient/cheap ducts installed and as a result will run poorly (not to mention wasting significant energy).
